Hi Everyone,

Life on a farm isn't lay back. It's been a couple of hard years of weeding, mowing and planting. Being a city girl, I found it hard to leave the house for fear of open spaces and snakes.

One night desperate to go to the loo (the only toilet being the outside dunny) I squatted down on the grass to relieve myself. An hour later, feeling a itching sensation I found that a leech had attached itself to my under -carriage.

It was a new life!. The only noise to break the deafening silence was the click of the mouse traps.

I found my inner self and didn't like her. So I set out on a mission to find out what did make me happy.

I'm taking embroidery classes with a beautiful lady named Robin .....Tennis lessons from Australian champion Chris O'Neil, renewing my dancing skills at Fiona's dance studio in Morisset and generally getting to know our local community.

It's fantastic and I'm making some wonderful new friends.

This Saturday I'm entertaining at our local Martinsville Ball.

In between the mowing I've been cruising the world performing 'Life's a Lemon'.
