Maggie Scott is a comedienne with a difference. Not only is she hilariously funny she also has a magnificent singing voice.

In recent years Maggie has won no less than twelve awards from the entertainment industry for excellence in performance.

Throughout her life Maggie has always traveled with her alter ego, Raylene Starr. Raylene is a real party animal who reminds us what life is all about, 'good friends, health and laughter'. Maggie knows she wouldn't survive life without Raylene but admits she has to keep her on a “tight rein, especially at work Christmas parties”

Raylene is with Maggie at every show. She loves life, she loves people and boy does she sing up a storm.

Maggie's background is in theatre as a comedy actress. Among her favourite roles is the part of Velma in the musical Chicago at the Forum Theatre, Manchester for which she was nominated for Best Actress.

Maggie's new show Life's a Lemon made it's debut at the Riverside Theatre in November 2006 and was a huge success. Click here to read a review published in Drum Media magazine.
